Willzy (she/they), also known as Em Wills, is a multidisciplinary artist, facilitator and burgeoning puppet maker. Jack of fools’ trades and master of fun. Left-handed, left-wing and left-field.

Their work spans contemporary art, theatre and film, blending writing, making, research and performance to weave magic into the mundane.

Alongside their artistic practice, Willzy works as a facilitator and creative access worker, supporting disabled and neurodivergent people to participate fully in the arts. Their workshops and collaborative projects centre play, participation and socially engaged art.

Grounded in lived experience, their approach balances radical whimsy with care and structure. They create spaces where people feel safe to experiment, collaborate and imagine new possibilities together.

Willzy believes in the enduring power of community and the transformative potential of participatory art.
